I almost didn’t write this post today…..
I had to take Justin to the walk-in clinic this morning. His rash wasn’t getting any better so I thought we better get it checked out by a doctor. Turns out he has Fifth Disease. Nothing serious. Just a virus that starts with flu-like symptoms (check) and leads to a full body rash (check). It should clear up by the end of the week. Phew.
I managed to catch up on my baking, ironing, menu planning, etc. so that I could share with you this wonderful cake recipe.
I love lemon.
And my craving for lemon was renewed after having a sample of Starbuck’s Lemon-Cranberry Scone a couple of weeks ago. I knew I had to make something…..lemony.
And that’s when I came across this recipe for Glazed Lemon Bundt Cake.
Just what I was craving.
I may have accidentally eaten half of that moist, lemony deliciousness……
But it won’t be an accident when YOU make this cake. Just. Go. Make. It.

Tuesday: Southwest BBQ Pizza (new recipe)
Wednesday: Chicken Quesadillas with fresh veggies
Thursday: Chicken Tortilla Soup with freshly baked bread (can you tell we love this soup!)
Friday: Kentucky Fraud Chicken with baked fries and steamed broccoli
Saturday: Vegetable Lasagna and Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie for dessert
Sunday: Mozzarella Spaghetti Skillet
Monday: Maple Baked Beans with freshly baked bread and carrot salad
