Hello!  How are you?  So far, I’m okay.  All 3 boys are suffering with a cold, so I’m trying my hardest not get it *fingers crossed*.

I’m back with another weekly menu plan.  Again, I’ve got a few new recipes to try!

Wednesday, February 8

Mark isn’t home for dinner, so we’ll be eating whatever I can scrounge up in the fridge.  This usually involves roasting some chicken and veggies and serving a salad on the side.

Did you try any recipes from last week’s menu?  Hubby and I loved the Chicken Pesto Pizza.  I had leftovers for lunch the next day Smile

Thanks, Lori…I hope they feel better soon too. It’s so hard listening to them cough and sniffle all day and night.
