Ready for another weekly meal plan? I’ve got a fun one this week. I’ve been having to adjust our meal plan a little since the kids have soccer twice a week in the evenings. This means I need quick and easy meals those days! I’ll let you know which meals those are.

Can you tell we love the Skinny Mini Lasagna?! All the flavor of lasagna without all the work. Did you try any recipes from last week’s menu? Our favorite was the Chicken Satay Pitas. They are so easy to make and very refreshing in this warmer weather.
