I’m back with another Weekly Meal Plan! You may have noticed I didn’t have one last week. Our computer crashed (and burned), so I didn’t have access to any of my recipe pictures. To make a long story short, thank goodness for flash drives and backup!

There you have it…our menu for the week. These are all recipes my family likes. If there is something the kids don’t like, then I’ll tweak it just a little for their tastes. For example, I don’t expect them to like the taste of the Cheesy Asparagus Quesadillas, so I just put cheese in theirs. That way I know they will like it and I’m not making a completely separate meal just for them!
