Weekly Meal Plan

I’m back with another Weekly Meal Plan!  You may have noticed I didn’t have one last week.  Our computer crashed (and burned), so I didn’t have access to any of my recipe pictures.  To make a long story short, thank goodness for flash drives and backup!

Day 1

Sweet Chili Chicken Quesadillas
Steamed broccoli

Day 2

Indonesian Pork Tenderloin
Baked Oven Fries
Side Salad

Day 3


Asian Salmon
Cheesy Asparagus Quesadillas (for the kids, I make them a plain cheese quesadilla with asparagus on the side)

Day 4


Lemony Asian Chicken Skewers
Baked Sweet Potato Fries
Fresh veggies

Day 5

Southwest Turkey Burgers
Steamed green beans

Day 6


Mexican Lasagna
Side Salad

Day 7


Taco Pizza

There you have it…our menu for the week.  These are all recipes my family likes.  If there is something the kids don’t like, then I’ll tweak it just a little for their tastes.  For example, I don’t expect them to like the taste of the Cheesy Asparagus Quesadillas, so I just put cheese in theirs.  That way I know they will like it and I’m not making a completely separate meal just for them!

This is such a great resource!

Thank you. The number one fat loss tool in my humble opinion is dedication and preparation.

You are showing so many people how easy that commitment is!
