Weekly Meal Plan

Hi, and welcome to another weekly meal plan.  I personally love making my menu during the summer because of all the grilling recipes!  I also love incorporating fresh fruit such as watermelon into some of our dinners for a sweet and savory flavor!

All the recipes posted are family friendly and healthy, so enjoy!

Day 1

Chicken and Mango Quesadillas (if you don’t like mango, you could substitute pineapple)

Day 2


Roasted Salmon with Lemon-Basil Pesto
Steamed broccoli

Day 3


Margherita Pizza

Day 4


Honey-Lime Grilled Chicken
Brown Basmati Rice
Sautéed peppers

Day 5

Chicken Caprese Sandwiches

Day 6


Vietnamese Beef Pho

Day 7


Sweet and Savory Chicken Tacos (if you don’t want to roast the chicken in the oven, you can BBQ the chicken on the grill, slice, and then add to the tacos!)

Your menu and pictures makes me so hungry!! I’ve never even had Pho, but now I”m craving it. YUM!
