You may have noticed that I’ve changed the day I post my weekly meal plan. I used to post it on Wednesday, but I thought that the beginning of the week would be better than mid-week. And…I thought I would title it “Free” because I’ve seen sites that actually charge you for a weekly meal plan! No charge here, just family-friendly meal ideas that are tasty and healthy.
Don’t feel like you have to follow the meal plan exactly. Perhaps you would rather have Monday’s meal on Friday, or Wednesday’s meal on Saturday. Rearrange it to what fits your schedule and works best for you.

I am going to join in on this. As soon as we get into a ‘fall’ routine, then I’m all over it. And I love that you include an ‘out for dinner’ night!
