I’ve got to share another grilling recipe with you before the BBQ season comes to an end and I start to share recipes that use the oven. Since my Honey-Lime Grilled Chicken was such a hit, I figured another recipe that uses tart limes would be another success.
This recipe uses fresh rosemary (which I have been growing outside all summer), as well as tart limes (which unfortunately I cannot grow here!). The combination of the two is absolutely delicious.
This recipe is similar to my Honey-Lime Grilled Chicken recipe in that I use honey and lime as a main marinade ingredient, but the herbs and spices are completely different, making this chicken recipe another must-eat!
This recipe is so easy to put together. You can mix the marinade ingredients the night before or the day of and let the chicken marinate all day long so that it becomes tender and delicious.
I served this chicken with a side of corn on the cob because the two looked so pretty together. This chicken would also go great with some oven baked fries and a fresh salad. It’s also the perfect recipe to serve at an end-of-summer party!
