I tried Shakeology last year when I was doing P90X and I loved the chocolate one! I was also taking the p90x supplement pills, and the recovery drink (which was also delicious) meanwhile sticking to the meal plan and I couldnt help but think how ALL of these vitamins I am in taking cant be necessary. And I recently read this article that touches on the idea that taking too many vitamins might be a bad thing?

Hi Megan, thanks for your comment and link. I’m glad to hear you loved Shakeology. I agree, too many vitamins are not necessary, which is why I don’t take any other vitamins on top of Shakeology. Personally, I just can’t get enough vitamins from the food I eat, so Shakeology is a great addition to my diet. Plus it has 70 superfoods that we just can’t get in our daily foods. I also take the Recovery Drink and Energy & Endurance formula which have totally different purposes for our body and my lifestyle in particular.
