PORTION CONTROL FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Do you find that you are eating healthy, exercising 4-5 times per week but still not losing weight?
If you answered YES, then portion control may be holding you back from seeing the weight loss results you are looking for. It’s a common misconception that if we eat healthy, we can eat more. But guess what? Just because we are eating healthy doesn’t mean we can disregard our portion sizes. For example, even though I eat clean, I still need to measure out my complex carbs, my healthy fats, and my fruits and vegetables.
