Cardio-based exercise routines are there to help burn the calories while you workout, but workouts by Chalene Johnson incorporate resistance training techniques that build the lean muscle, so you burn more fat during each workout and supercharge your metabolism throughout the day.

If you have been doing the Cardio based workouts with the Turbo fire, you can move along your fitness level by taking on the hybrid schedule.  For example, I lost 60 pounds doing Chalean Extreme.  Then, when I added in the TurboFire, I lost an additional 30 pounds…for a total of 90 pounds!

Hybrids are the actual recipe for total body conditioning and the best workout routine to hybrid with the Turbo Fire workout schedule is Chalean Extreme. You can just start over the Turbofire workout and do the program at a greater intensity with the hybrid of the two!

What program’s meal plan did you use with the turbofire/charlean extreme hybrid?

I would use the TurboFire calorie calculation to determine the amount of calories you need 🙂
