WOW!  That’s what I have to say about The 21 Day Fix after being on it for just 1 week!

Honestly, I thought as a fitness and nutrition enthusiast, I wouldn’t get much out of the 21 Day Fix.  I guess I thought I was perfect 😉

But I was so wrong.  In my quick video, I share with you how the 21 Day Fix has taught me about my nutrition and my fitness.  And I’ll share with you how you can get a more defined, toned “mommy tummy!!”

I love the 21 Day Fix! I have completed round one and lost 10 lbs. and 10 “. This is great for me because I have never been able to lose anything before just kept gaining weight.I started round 2 on July 1 and since then have lost 1 more lbs. I will continue till I reach my goal. Then will maintain it! Thanks Autumn. Love ya!

When I received my 21day Fix package, I was overwhelmed and thought this is too much work and I’ve wasted my money. I found your blog and thanks to your printable tally sheets I started the program this morning. Thank you so much for sharing. Please keep blogging about the 21 day Fix–it was a godsend for me. If not, I probably would not have started it.
