Do you struggle with cravings at night?  Are you unsure what to eat?  You probably don’t want to throw away all the hard work you’ve been doing, but sometimes we just get those uncontrollable cravings in the evening.  Here are my best healthy nighttime snack ideas to help keep you on track but still satisfy that sweet (or salty) tooth.

Thank you so much for sharing this video. I have learned something new today. I really love your suggestions. I think I will try the almonds and dark chocolates if I am craving during night.

Great Page you have and some wonderful information. Its good to see something on snacks for night time as many love to do just that and it is the wrong time to eat.
I just try to stay healthy as much as possible as I am aging. Weight loss
