ChaLEAN Extreme/Insanity/Brazil Butt Lift Hybrid Schedule

 

I’ve been a Beachbody program user for just over 5 years now!  After I had my 3rd child, I was extremely overweight, and being a busy mom, I turned to Beachbody at-home workout programs.  There were so many to choose from, but the one that peaked my interest the most was ChaLEAN Extreme.

After 2 rounds of ChaLEAN Extreme, I lost 60 pounds!!  I fell in love with that program as it introduced me to the benefits of weight training.  Now, five years and another 30 pounds later, I still use it.

Over the years, I’ve added on to my Beachbody workout program library…I have so many they take up my entire coffee table in my workout area!  While I like to follow each program at least once, I also like to mix them together so I don’t get bored with my workouts.  Each program is so different and targets different areas of the body as well as different workout techniques, so it’s easy to combine them for awesome results.

Since summer is just a few short weeks away, I thought I would focus on the areas of my body that will be more “exposed” in the hot weather!  I’m talking about legs, shoulders, and butt!  Yes, I said butt!  After losing 90 pounds, I now have the confidence to wear a bathing suit again 🙂

The three programs that I’ve chosen to target these areas are ChaLEAN Extreme, Insanity, and Brazil Butt Lift.  I love ChaLEAN Extreme for the overall toning of your entire body, and I love Insanity for the cardio effect and the fact that you don’t need any equipment to tone your shoulders and legs, and I also love Brazil Butt Lift to help lift and shape my butt.  I’ve had great results with all 3 programs, so why not put them together into one amazing workout schedule!

I found this great hybrid schedule on Google, so I thought I would share with you what I will be doing for the next 3 months:

For week’s 6-9, I’m going to do the Brazil Butt Lift Master Series. So instead of “Bum Bum” and “High and Tight,” I’m going to do “Ipanema Booty” and “Higher and Tighter!”  Also, I’ll be adding in some extra yoga work on one of the “Tummy Tuck” days to work on my flexibility.

to benefit more from this 3-in-1 routine, is there a meal plan or weekly meal preps that i could stick to for the next 14 weeks?

Are you going to be doing these specific 3 programs Honey? Do you have the nutrition guides for them?
