These No Bake Chocolate Protein Cookies are full of clean eating ingredients and make the perfect healthy snack!
Being intolerant to dairy makes it really hard to find protein bars that don’t have whey protein. And if they don’t have whey protein, they usually have very little protein in them, plus tons of added sugar and other fake ingredients. Which is why I prefer to make my own protein snacks. I can control what goes in them, which is just clean eating ingredients!!
These No Bake Chocolate Protein Cookies are the perfect healthy and protein-packed snack. I’ll have one when I have a serious craving for chocolate, or I need a quick and filling snack. I keep them in the freezer and pull one out when I need one. My kids also LOVE these chocolate “cookies,” and I don’t mind giving it to them because they are getting a ton of healthy ingredients rather than store-bought snacks with unhealthy additives.
I use chocolate vegan Shakeology because it has many added vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants in it, but you could use plain chocolate protein powder if you don’t have Shakeology. Just make sure the protein you are buying doesn’t contain soy, artificial sugars, or any artificial flavours.
