When I lost 90 pounds six years ago, I had changed my eating habits and became much more active. But even adding in healthy foods and more water, I was still suffering with constipation and other gut issues. When I searched for a possible cause, the one thing that kept popping up was “magnesium deficiency!”

Magnesium sounds like a perfect solution for so many symptoms. I may have to try taking magnesium for my anxiety. That is awesome that it can also be very helpful in loosing weight, that could definitely come in handy.
