Did you like to colour when you were little? I used to LOVE to colour! And truth be told, I still do!! I also loved colouring with my kids when they were little. Even now, my boys still like to colour now and again, and sometimes I will join them.
But now, I have my very own colouring sheets I get to use every day!
Are you doing the 21 Day Fix? Do you find it hard to keep track of your containers each day? I’ve seen some printable 21 Day Fix Tally Sheets that are confusing, take up a lot of pages, and are just plain hard to use. I’ve seen some apps you can use on your phone too, but I always seem to forget to record what I ate when it’s on my phone. So I decided to make my very own version of 21 Day Fix Printable Tally Sheets.
I’ve been having so much fun colouring these tally sheets every day.
Having these sheets also helps me visualize what foods I’m lacking in. For example, I get to eat 6 servings of veggies on the 21 Day Fix. That’s a lot for me, I’m not used to that, and some days, I don’t get them all in. But let’s say it’s 5:00, I check out my sheet and I’ve got 3 servings of veggies left that day! Then I know I can add a big salad to my dinner (2 green containers of lettuce) and then have a serving of veggies as a nighttime snack. Or if I see that I’m going to be short 1 tsp, I can add a tsp of coconut oil to my dinner, or have a tsp of almond butter with my nighttime snack.
There is also a circle for me to check off my workout and my water for the day!
I love that I can get a week’s worth of containers on one sheet too – saves me printing off a bunch of pages everyday, I only have to print one a week.
