Did you like to colour when you were little? I used to LOVE to colour! And truth be told, I still do!! I also loved colouring with my kids when they were little. Even now, my boys still like to colour now and again, and sometimes I willΒ join them.

But now, I have my very own colouring sheets I get to use every day!

Are you doing the 21 Day Fix? Do you find it hard to keep track of your containers each day? I’ve seen some printable 21 Day Fix Tally Sheets that are confusing, take up a lot of pages, and are just plain hard to use. I’ve seen some apps you can use on your phone too, but I always seem to forget to record what I ate when it’s on my phone. So I decided to make my very own version of 21 Day Fix Printable Tally Sheets.

I’ve been having so much fun colouring these tally sheets every day.

Having these sheets also helps me visualize what foods I’m lacking in. For example, I get to eat 6 servings of veggies on the 21 Day Fix. That’s a lot for me, I’m not used to that, and some days, I don’t get them all in. But let’s say it’s 5:00, I check out my sheet and I’ve got 3 servings of veggies left that day! Then I know I can add a big salad to my dinner (2 green containers of lettuce) and then have a serving of veggies as a nighttime snack. Or if I see that I’m going to be short 1 tsp, I can add a tsp of coconut oil to my dinner, or have a tsp of almond butter with my nighttime snack.

There is also a circle for me to check off my workout and my water for the day!

I love that I can get a week’s worth of containers on one sheet too – saves me printing off a bunch of pages everyday, I only have to print one a week.

So go ahead, feel free to use these to track your 21 Day Fix containers!! I’ve included a sheet for every calorie bracket, so just choose yours and print it off! Why not make eating your containers a little more fun πŸ˜‰

Do you have a graph sheet for the calorie bracket 2500-2800 I have a friend doing with me and that is her bracket.

No, I’m sorry I don’t Sarah. Have you checked Pinterest?

According to the book that comes with the program, I think anything over 2300 rounds down to the 2300 bracket.

how did you make I need a higher count. My husband doing 2800 calories a day

Sorry, I wish I had one. I hired a graphic designed to put these together. You can use the one from Beachbody where you write in how many containers you need: http://www.teambeachbody.com/en_US/home/-/dl_get_file/c96fddc7-7e1f-4488-87ef-9deffef54cd5
There are also apps for your phone that do this. There is one called 21DayTally that I really like.

Thank you for these tally sheets. I love them! Do you have one for the 2500-2800 level? My husband needs that one.

You’re welcome Missy! Sorry, I don’t have the 2500 calorie range. What I would suggest is printing off the 2100-2300 range and then add a little box for 1 extra green, 1 extra purple, 1 extra yellow, and 1 extra tsp πŸ™‚

Those are the tsp allowed on the 21 day fix plan πŸ™‚

So cute! I’ve seen several coaches make sheets like look similar and they are great! Yours are cute with the spoons and the weights! Do you mind sharing how you make them?

I hired a graphic designer to do it for me πŸ™‚

If you laminate or put pages inside a page protector you can use dry erase markers and then just wipe it clean at the end of the week.

Great tip!

Do you write out everything that you eat also? Just curious. A lot of the other tally sheets have a spot for you to write what you’ve eaten. Do you think it’s necessary? I mean as long as you’re staying within your container amounts? I would love some feedback on this before I get started on the plan.

LOVE the color sheet!

18 Jen July 12, 2016 at 12:14 pm

No, if I’m using the tally sheets, I don’t write out what I’m eating, just use the container counts πŸ™‚

Genius! Thank you so much for sharing. Taking the time (and expense) to hire a graphic designer is above & beyond a caring, supportive coach! ((hugs))

Love these… to those looking for a larger bracket. Just print off the largest one and draw a line through the graph to “add” a pie piece. πŸ˜‰
