Berries and Yogurt – I love the sweetness of berries paired with tart berries, it’s so refreshing. If you’re doing the 21 day fix, you’re not buying the fruit-flavoured yogurt anymore, right?! You could also freeze your berries and add them to your plain Greek yogurt for a cool summer snack. (1 red, 1 purple)
Banana Roll Up – My kids love this snack (well for them, it’s lunch!) Take a small whole wheat tortilla and spread a tsp of natural nut butter on top. Place 1/2 a banana on top of the nut butter and roll up the tortilla. This is filling and delicious! (1 yellow, 1 purple, 1 tsp)
