Can you believe it’s almost the end of 2016?
I can’t believe that 2017 is just around the corner! At the end of the year, I always like to look back and ask myself what I am proud to have achieved, and then of course, what I am truly grateful for.
I also like to look back and ask myself the question, “what didn’t I accomplish this year that I wanted to?” Were there things that were out of my control that were stopping me from achieving those goals? Was it simply not time yet? Could I have done just a little more to achieve them?
There will always be things I could have done MORE of. Sure, I could have been even more committed to my nutrition. Yes, I could have been even more dedicated to my coaching business. But at the same time, my life is about balance and LIVING, and sometimes I just need to enjoy the life I have and not worry about being perfect all of the time.
There are times in my fitness that I was 100% dedicated to achieving results. I had laser vision and an unwavering dedication. I wanted those results SO bad! That was a time in life where I learned about fueling my body for energy and the importance of exercise to get healthy. That was a time where I lost 90 pounds as a busy mom of 3 little boys. I had to go all in, there was just no other way.
My life was forever changed from that first leap of faith I took in that first challenge group I joined.
Seven years later and I’m still going strong! I’m still eating healthy every day and fuleing my body the way it needs to be fueled, I’m still doing my daily workouts and exercising for health rather than punishing my body, and I’m helping other women achieve their health and fitness goals through self love, strength, and determination.
January is typically the time of year where we make new health and fitness goals. And this is where I can help! For the past 4 years, I’ve been helping busy women like you change their health for the better.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF JOINING?
My challenge groups are private online groups where no one except the members of the group can see the daily posts, so you don’t have to worry about your friends and family seeing your post-workout sweaty pic 😉 This particular group will be 5 weeks long. I’ll begin by setting you up with a “prep” week on January 2nd so you can grab my meal plans and get everything ready and prepared for the official start date of January 9th.
For the next 4 weeks after that, I’ll share with you my daily videos on how I lost the 90 pounds, how I maintain my healthy lifestyle as a busy mom, my meal plans, and of course, daily accountability! You will be required to check in daily to the app-based program on your phone or tablet to see all the info I’m posting as well as record your workouts, nutrition, and daily Shakeology. I want this to be a safe place where you can share all the ups and downs you experience along the way. My goal is to give you constant support so that you can change your bad habits and create healthy new habits!
I truly believe the accountability and support of my groups are what give my customers results! Anyone can go to the gym or workout at home, but it’s that daily support system that makes all the difference.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN?
1. I must be your Team Beachbody Coach. If you don’t have one…no problem! Just go to my site and sign up with me for FREE!
2. Fill out the application below so that we can work together to choose a program this is right for you.
3. You must commit to purchasing a Challenge Pack of your choice which comes with the workouts, Shakeology, and a complete nutrition guide. No more wondering if the workouts you are doing are going to get you results. You know that it is tried and tested (myself included!) and it works.
The next question I always get is, “Do I have to do Shakeology?” YES! Without proper nutrition your body cannot maximize results, have energy to get through the day, or sustain the results. Our goal is to make your journey with me the start of a lasting life transformation.

4. You must be willing to check into the online support and accountability group daily to log and monitor your progress.
WHAT DOES THE “HEALTH BET” PART MEAN?
The challenge is quite simple. From January 9th – February 5th, you can qualify to win the cash prize. Here are the guidelines for qualification:
- RULE 1: You must be registered in my challenge group app by January 9th.
- RULE 2: Log a minimum of 3 WORKOUTS every week.
- RULE 3: Log a minimum of 5 SHAKEOLOGY’S every week with a PICTURE attached.
- RULE 4: You must submit a valid first name, last name, email, and mailing address in order to get paid.
