I was doing some personal development the other day, and I came across a passage about fear and uncertainty. Why do we let fear hold us back all the time? Being fearful sucks all the positive energy out of us. And it’s a vicious cycle because fear generates hormones in the body that keep feeding our anxieties!

  • We are afraid of failing
  • We are afraid of losing control
  • We are afraid of not being good enough
  • We are afraid of change
  • We are afraid of what others will think

Fear can kill your dreams!! But it doesn’t need to be that way!!

It’s time to turn that fear around! Each time you feel your fears rising up again, tell yourself that you are WORTHY! You are worthy of change. You are worthy of success. You are worthy for greatness!

I remember 8 years ago, I had a fear of what my body would be like after having 3 kids and gaining 90 pounds. I remember how it felt to look in the mirror and hate the person staring back at me. I hated getting dressed into my maternity clothes, even though I wasn’t pregnant. I avoided family photos like the plague because I didn’t want to see what I really looked liked. I had ZERO ENERGY and would just plop myself on the couch all the time.

I will not be defined by my body.

Thank goodness a coach reached out to me and forever changed my life with fitness and nutrition! It was the FIRST step of the next 8 years of my life change!!

I took a leap of faith, trusted the process, and while I didn’t see amazing results overnight, I DID see results!

I went from having 3 kids in less than 3 years, to losing 90 pounds in a year!

And guess what? You can do it too!!!

This is why I started this blog in the first place. To share my progress along the way. Now, I share with you everything that has worked for me in the hopes that I can help YOU with your own fitness, nutrition, and accountability.
