Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast in oven for approximately 8 minutes. Remove from oven and rub hazelnuts together in a paper towel to remove the skins (it's okay if you don't get all of the skins off.)
In a Vita-mix or food processor, add the hazelnuts and the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Add in some oil if you want it creamier or you can even add in a little more milk if you want to save the extra fat and calories.
