Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add onions and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Add the chicken, garlic, and red pepper flakes and cook until chicken is no longer pink.
Add the red bell pepper and broccoli slaw and cook until tender crisp, about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large pot of boiling water, cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Add soy sauce and Sriracha to broccoli mixture. Add in cooked noodles and stir.
