In a medium bowl, combine strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Toss together and let stand for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, cumin, cinnamon, pepper, and salt. Put chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and add marinade. Let chicken marinate for 30 minutes. Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill chicken until cooked through, approximately 18 minutes.
Divide lettuce, red pepper, olives, and tomatoes among four dinner plates. Top with sliced chicken breasts, walnuts, goat cheese, and strawberries. Drizzle with the balsamic-honey dressing.
