You have really made a difference in my life!
This has been an amazing experience! I can’t believe that it’s been a year since I started this journey! It hasn’t always been easy, but with hard work and determination it has paid off! I don’t feel like I have to stand behind the kids during family photos anymore! I feel good about myself and all that I have accomplished! If I can do it, anyone can do it! My husband and I have been married for 22 years and we have a daughter that is a Senior and our son is a Sophomore. I also work full-time as a Speech Therapist for the school system. Life is always busy, but make the time for yourself! I get up every morning at 5am to get my workout in without any interruptions! I feel truly blessed that I found Jen a year ago! She has helped me so much in this journey! I don’t know what I would do without her! You have really made a difference in my life! So, thank you!

Thank you Jennifer for a great month. I am down 8” and 4lbs and I’ll take it! :) I haven’t worked out much at all but just cutting carbs has made a huge difference. I am loving the high fat/low carb way of eating. I noticed a difference the first week in that I no longer had that awful daily bloating. Plus because I am consuming more of the good fats, I no longer experience the sugar crashes and shaky feeling in between meals. What a game changer! Jaime W.

I have lost 5lbs so far, but what I have gained is beyond measure. I have been reading, learning and listening to so many theories that Jen has led me to. I was mad as I found out more and more about what I thought I knew about fats and sugars was completely wrong and causing damage to my body. I was nervous to try new ways of eating, like fasting, and anxious about cleaning up my family’s diet. But now I’m happy to be learning and changing. I am still learning better ways to exercise and trying to pay attention to how food makes me feel. The accountability and motivation from others has been wonderful! Dana Z
