Our family used to eat pizza once a week. I’ve always preferred to make a homemade pizza crust rather than the store-bought version. But since going low carb, that whole wheat pizza crust was out of the question.

Lately, we’ve been enjoying a lot of things made with coconut flour! It is a little tricky to learn to bake with since it absorbs a lot of liquid, but once you get the hang of it, it’s quite versatile and delicious. I came across this recipe for coconut flour pizza crust and just slightly modified it.
This coconut flour pizza crust was so good! We all loved it, even the kids. They could easily pick up their slice of pizza and eat it that way – no fork and knife required.
A pizza stone is a great way to cook pizza crust! It makes a wonderful crispy crust on the bottom, which is perfect for this pizza.
